Pictures of gowns that you like or have tried on elsewhere are helpful. We recommend you bring only the people whose opinions you trust, too many may confuse you, and our bridal suites just accommodate 4-6 people comfortably. You can bring your undergarments to try on gowns as well as a robe for your comfort. Most importantly, bring an open mind…our stylists are knowledgeable about our inventory and what is flattering on all body types; and most of our brides are surprised that they find “the one” within the first few gowns they are shown!

When do new styles come out?
Most designers have two collections they release each year, although some only have one collection. We typically get most of our new inventory around November - December, and will receive another collection around March and April.

What if I don’t have enough time to order something?
Not to worry! If you don’t have time to order a gown or accessories, your stylist can help you find something off-the-rack that will be perfect. In some cases, we may be able to “rush” order a gown, which is an additional fee that allows the designer to make your gown quicker than their normal delivery.
What does the purchasing process involve?
Once you have found your gown, it’s helpful to be prepared to purchase so you can move forward with the rest of your wedding plans and other decisions. Gowns can be discontinued or increase in price at any moment, so you won’t want to be disappointed later. Upon ordering, we will expertly measure you and recommend the proper size based on the designer’s size chart. Gowns can be paid in full or you take avenge of our payment plan. We require a 60% deposit to order bridal gowns, bridesmaid and prom. Forms of payment, Visa, MasterCard and debit or cash always works too. If you are purchasing something on sale or off-the-rack, full payment is required. We will notify you once your order has arrived; and you can schedule an appointment to try it on with your stylist. All sales are final and special orders cannot be returned since they are custom made for you. Special orders are to be picked up one week after notified of arrival.
I want to lose weight before I order…is that OK?
You can still lose weight, but we highly encourage you to order your gown when you find it and not to wait too much. With long ordering time frames, you have to order well in advance of your wedding, and that is probably the time frame in which you will actually lose the weight. Since all gowns are custom fit to you during alterations, you can safely take in your gown up to 3 sizes without losing the integrity of it. While your stylist will assist you with a size choice, that decision is ultimately yours if you wish to order something in a smaller size. Better to have it in time than not at all!
